Christmas Menu at The Palm Hotel
Palm Hotel Festive Menu
Choice of starters from the following;
Spicy Parsnip Soup, infused with seasonal spices and vegetables.
Chicken Liver & Cranberry Parfait, with homemade red onion chutney.
Sweet Ogen Melon, Laced with Ginger and Lime Syrup and toasted nuts.
Choice of main courses from the following;
Roast Turkey, with bacon wrapped chipolata, chestnut stuffing, fresh seasonal vegetables and Roast Potatoes.
British Roast Beef, with Yorkshire pudding, mushroom and burgundy sauce, fresh seasonalvegetables and Roast Potatoes.
Seabass fillet, rosemary butter sauce, fresh seasonal vegetables and Roast Potatoes.
Mushroom, Blue Cheese, Spinach & Hazelnut Parcel, topped lightly with poppy seeds and
oven roasted. (Vegetarian)
Choice of desserts from the following;
Palm Hotel Xmas sponge pudding traditionally made with mixed fruit and spices, but lighterthan a traditional Christmas pudding.
Crème Brulee Cheesecake, accompanied with a festive mixed fruit caulis.
Winter fresh fruit salad topped with a deliciously smooth cream.(V) = Vegetarian Dish
