Harrods Christmas Parade on November 6th!
Saturday 6th November. The Christmas Parade begins on Basil Street, behind the store at approximately 8.30am. Pre-parade entertainment starts at 8am. Please arrive early to ensure a good view.
Our annual Christmas Parade, on the morning of Saturday 6th November, precedes the Harrods Christmas Grotto opening. As usual, you can expect a show-stopping performance from an array of entertainers – and this year a Peter Pan theme adds to the excitement. Father Christmas will arrive in his horse-drawn carriage before taking residence in the Grotto.
The Christmas Parade is a free-of-charge event and you do not require a ticket to attend. Christmas Grotto entry is by pre-booked ticket only.

This is Wembley's 6th time hosting the Final in whichever form it was at the time,which is more than any other venue.
The FA intended to bid for the final in either 2008 or 2009, but delays in the construction of the new stadium scuppered that plan. It then lost out to the Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid for this year’s final, after failing to guarantee that players would not be taxed.
Around 13,000 will be made available to the general public,and will go on sale in March 2011

The NFL’s International Series of competitive, regular-season games will return to the UK in 2010 when the San Francisco 49ers host the Denver Broncos.
The game will be played at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, 31 October with kickoff set for 5:00 pm UK time (1:00 p.m. ET).
Having combined for seven Super Bowl victories, the 49ers and Broncos are among the most successful franchises in NFL history.
The 49ers, one of the most popular NFL teams in the world, are five-time NFL champions, while the Broncos have won two Super Bowls and appeared in the season finale on four other occasions. The two teams were opponents in Super Bowl XXIV.
